What we look for

Guano piles and staining, urine streaks, grease marks at ridge and fascia, live or deceased bats, entry gaps as small as a coin, and secondary wildlife that may share the envelope. Exterior walks catch chimney crowns, vent screens, and brick openings interior-only visits miss.
